"Loki: Agent of Asgard" #1

"Loki: Agent of Asgard" is a new series by writer Al Ewing and line artist Lee Garbett about the now-20-something Loki becoming a secret agent for the Asgardian All-Mother and I get to color it! Yet again I prove to be a lucky SOB. We're already wrapping up the third issue and each issue just keeps getting better and better. Promise there are surprises and twisted plots to expect from your favorite evil sorcerer gone... good?

Fantastic Four

Let me preface this. I do not have the script. I avoided reading this issue so as not to influence my own choices. I have absolutely no idea what is happening. Therefore, my color may not perfectly fit the story I'm unaware of and did the best I could with just these pages. That said, now I can't wait to read it!

These b&w pages were graciously donated to our SCAD-Atlanta Sequential Art department by Nick Dragotta who is an upcoming guest at our Artists Forum! I've really enjoyed all of the pages donated by our guests so I've been coloring them up in my spare time. They've all been a ton of fun to color and these were no exception.

HULK test pages

After finding out there's another batch of Marvel test pages out there I wanted to color them to further update my portfolio with them. The amazing Falynn Koch had them and graciously passed them my way. Written by Jeph Loeb and line art by Ed McGuinness, these pages are from Hulk #20 and were a ton of fun to color. The original color was done by Dave Stewart, which can be viewed here, but I'd like to think I did pretty well in comparison.
